For many years, countless Glock shooters have known the secret to an improved trigger- the NY-1 trigger spring module and a minus connector. Providing an enhanced feel and greater reliability (since the original coil tension spring is one of the few parts known to fail), the NY-1 was not without drawbacks- namely, a significantly heavier trigger pull (between 6.5# and 7.8#), even when combined with a “minus” connector.

Some shooters, trying to return to a lighter pull, remove the spring from the housing altogether, thus guaranteeing imminent failure, as polymer alone is not sufficient to survive the many tens of thousands of compression and extension cycles required of this vital component.

In the process of developing an improved alternative, D-Rmor Gear went through dozens of different springs, experimenting with a variety of materials and spring rates, until a customized solution was arrived at.

The result: the D-Rmor Gear “NY-0” trigger spring upgrade. Designed to eliminate the drawbacks of the NY-1, and provide the shooter with the best trigger pull attainable. Now you can have it all:

-Optimized pull weight (5.1# to 6.4# with “-” connector depending on individual weapon/Gen)
-Enhanced reliability (no coil tension spring to break)
