To help facilitate all the great things planned for D-Rmor Gear (destructive tests, reviews, etc.), money will be needed. Money that, as most of you know, is fairly tight these days.

Until such time as this money does in fact grow on medium sized deciduous trees, I will be using my extremely limited personal funds to provide these things.

My plans for this blog are modest to start: To hold a destructive test of SOME sort of armor at least once per month. To develop a comprehensive knowledge base of armor terminology, materials/specs, and definitions. To provide information that is either not widely known, or hard to find.

Which, at least at this juncture of the 21st century, still takes time and money.

So, I suppose what I am trying to say is, I would gladly take your donations.

No, it is not tax deductible. But it is very much appreciated.

Have a crumpled up dollar bill you found after washing your pants? Toss it into an envelope and send it my way. I will accept contributions of any size.

Many of you have asked about PayPal donations, and I will (without holding forth on my soapbox) reiterate my feelings about PayPal, and why I do not: they are anti-gun, and using them undermines our natural rights.

Please feel free to include correspondence with your donations. It seems we are moving towards electronic communications more and more, and I always enjoy getting written letters.

Above all: thanks for reading the blog, and helping out as you can. I will do my best to make it worth your time (and money).
